About Us

We are a proud first responder and veteran-owned business, built on a foundation of service, integrity, and heart. Allie is a firefighter paramedic and Tyler is a retired Navy veteran—both committed to delivering excellence in everything we do, from our past careers to this small business. Our journey began during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when the world felt especially heavy. Allie started creating handmade items as a way to bring joy and light to others, one smile at a time. What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into something more. Originally based in Illinois, life led us to where we are meant to be **Anna, Texas** Where we now proudly call home and continue to serve our community through custom, heartfelt creations.

Shipping

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our porch location or ship them directly to your doorstep. We offer shipping to 48 states with a turn around time (TAT) of 4-7 business days. Your order will be carefully made from scratch, packaged, and promptly sent out. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. If you need your order expedited, please reach out via email prior to completing your purchase and we can invoice you with upgraded shipping. All other orders will have standard shipping.

Refunds

We take pride in creating high quality, custom made products just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final once production begins.


Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, we begin processing and crafting your order. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.


Refunds & Returns:

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, significant defect). If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.


Lost or Damaged Items:

While we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, we are happy to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
